— WORKING TOGETHER —
Philosophical Stance
This work is grounded in self-honesty, responsibility, nervous system regulation, and pattern recognition.
The aim is not self-improvement.
It is perspective.
When perception stabilizes into perspective, patterns become visible.
From there, responsibility becomes voluntary — and action becomes deliberate.
This is structured work.
It is not therapy, motivation, or emotional processing.
How Sessions Are Structured
Sessions are 60–75 minutes.
Each session has a clear beginning, middle, and close.
We typically:
• Clarify what is present
• Identify patterns shaping your current state
• Regulate where needed
• Reposition perception into perspective
• Define deliberate next steps
There is structure — but no script.
The aim is orientation, not performance.
Frequency Options
Work happens in cycles.
Common structures:
• Weekly sessions (most common)
• Biweekly sessions (integration-focused)
• Intensive short-term cycles (when appropriate)
At the end of each cycle, we assess whether to:
Deepen
Integrate
Or conclude
Continuation is intentional — never assumed.
What I Expect From You
• Honesty — especially when uncomfortable
• Ownership of your decisions
• Engagement between sessions
• Willingness to stay present when challenged
Insight without application changes little.
This work requires participation.
Boundaries
This is not crisis intervention.
If you require clinical or emergency support, appropriate referrals will be made.
We are not building dependency.
We are building clarity.
Communication Agreements
Between sessions, brief contact is welcomed when it supports integration or stabilizes perspective.
This may include short reflections, clarifying questions, or moments of orientation.
Ongoing processing does not happen over text.
If communication begins to replace direct engagement in session, we address that openly.
Support strengthens the work.
Dependency weakens it.
Clarity about the difference is part of our responsibility.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed sessions are counted unless discussed in advance.
Consistency matters.
The structure supports the work.
Payment Terms
Fees are agreed upon before beginning a cycle.
Payment is made in advance of each session or at the start of a cycle, depending on arrangement.
Financial clarity supports relational clarity.
Recommended Preparation
Before beginning:
Write one page reflecting on:
Where am I avoiding honesty in my life right now?
Bring this with you.
Optional:
• 10 minutes of daily stillness
• One selected reading (provided individually)
Preparation is not about performance.
It is about willingness.
Completion
This work moves in phases.
When a cycle concludes, we close it consciously.
There is no pressure to continue.
The door remains open — but continuation is never automatic.
